What is the purchase / booking procedure?
- First select the date of travel in the product page
- Click on the "add to cart" button.
- When ready select the "Cart" menu item.

Follow the check out procedure and confirm order.

You will be sent to a PayPal page. PayPal accepts the following types of payments
- PayPal Account
- Credit Card
- Checks (or bank transfers)

As soon as PayPal confirms payment you will receive an email with an update of order status to Confirmed.
- Note: if you have paid by check or bank transfer, your payment will require few days to clear, and that leaves the order in pending status for 6-8 days.
- As soon as your order is confirmed you are immediately emailed your Voucher(s).
The Voucher is your travel ticket. Print it and carry it with you.
Can you help me with the payment procedure?
In order to protect your credit card information, we have chosen not to collect your payment directly. Instead we send you to a secure payment collection service: PayPal.

PayPal allows payments by Paypal Account and by credit card.
Being very secure they want to make sure you are the rightful owner, so they ask for your personal address information. Make sure you enter everything correctly, and check that the data you enter matches the one registered with your card.

Am I going to receive tickets / vouchers?

After having completed your purchase an email is sent automatically to you with printable Voucher(s).
- order information
- tour schedule and detailed instructions
- meeting point location and map
- local contact telephone numbers & addresses
- a discount coupon for your next purchase
IMPORTANT: Although the vouchers are sent automatically at payment time they may not get delivered for a variety of reasons related to your email servers' various security settings of which we have no knowledge nor control.
- first check that you have provided us with your correct email address at registration time, because if you did not, we do not have a way to reach you
- check that your payment has been completed
- check your Email Spam Folder
- if you still do not see the email with Vouchers, please send us a note at support@smartcruisetours.com with your order number and we will resend them to you. SmartCruiseTours.com (owned and operated by ABLE Worldwide Inc.) cannot be held responsible for any problem that may arise if you do not follow the instructions on your Vouchers carefully. You must notify SmartCruiseTours.com at least 72 hours before the date of service.

Will I return to the ship on time?
When you book a qualifying shore excursion with SmartCruiseTours.com, you are guaranteed to make it back at the time indicated in the product description. Note that private shore excursions are scheduled around your needs.
